You can buy by email, fax to +61-3-55651988 -- include credit card details when faxing -- phone (during our trading hours which are usually 08.00-18.00 Sunday thru Thursday and 08.00-16.00 Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time - GMT plus 9 or in the southern summer, GMT plus 10), The best time to ring us from the USA is between 17.00 and 23.00 San Francisco time Saturday thru Thursday.

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll invoice you and email or fax the invoice back so that you can then arrange payment.

Credit card policy: Bank fees for credit card transactions have increased the cost of purchases for most consumers by 3.96%. We prefer that you fax, phone or SMS credit card details to us. (SMS to +61438577144 the 16 digit card code, name on the card and expiry).

To avoid bank fees on credit cards, we prefer that you direct debit payments to our bank account. We will supply details at the time of purchase. From outside Australia, you can use a “Swift” transfer if you do not have on-line international transfer facilities. NZ residents can direct debit to our account in New Zealand.

Alternatively, you can send us a cheque from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or Israel or an international bank draft or payment order from any other country. Orders are dispatched upon receipt of bank drafts or cashiers cheques, or clearance of other documents. Large orders requiring pre-payment should be secured by bank guarantee or letter of credit before delivery.

Institutional account facilities are available to schools, universities, government institutions and craft guilds and similar bodies. Commercial accounts to other bodies are also available, but as commercial accounts may be factored to third-party financiers, a credit insurance charge may apply, and other conditions also apply. In particular, unpaid invoices attract a daily interest charge and in addition a fee for each reminder letter.
