Beautiful Silks Workshops

We plan our workshops at least 12 months in advance of the workshop date, we are very happy to meet new tutors and look at your ideas.

This is what you need to do:

Provide a lesson plan, bio, pics of your work and names of two experienced referees. Describe your work to us and give details of previous classes, trade fairs, awards, publications and exhibitions.

Supply PNG images and links to your website, so we can see your work.

Supply finished samples of your work with SAE for return of sample, paperwork must be enclosed in any mail that has a list of what you have sent.

Established craftspeople with a following or client base can use our pages to publicise workshops they are running either in their home area or wherever they happen to be travelling. We can list you in our calendar, arrange your materials for your students, and mention you in our newsletter as well. A subdomian on our website will cost you $110 to set up and $60 per year to maintain. Upgrades can be requested every 2 months along our pre format lines.

You can also arrange to use our space on the basis of a percentage of enrolment fees if you want to run workshops in Melbourne.

If you're newer or younger but are passionate about some particular technique you want to teach, we can set up a trial workshop for you, help you with your publicity, get a web presence happening and assist you with planning your workshop.
