Shipping & Delivery
All purchases are shipped Mondays and Thursdays, unless it is a public holiday.  Shipments are sent by EMS or post unless you specify another method.
Privacy & Security
Beautiful Silks do not sell or share your details with any other business.  Your details are held in a security protected data base.
Returns & Replacements
Problems happen occasionally.  Please open and inspect your item on receiving it, we do require you to inform us of any problems within 2 weeks of despatch.  If you order the wrong item,  and we agree to exchange it (this is not always possible, it depends on the item, if it is fabric that has been cut, or an easily restocked item.) we ask for a 15% restock fee.  If you have received an incorrect item, we will replace it and replace your postal bag.
Your item will be processed on the following despatch day – Monday or Thursday after receiving the order and payment.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We can receive payment by direct debit, paypal, or on the shopping cart.  Phone orders are accceptable, with credit card.  We cannot process cheque payments.  banking details are on your invoice.
Viewing Orders
Please check your order prepayment.  If you have paid, and then discover you have ordered incorrectly, you need to send us an email as soon as possible after the order to advise, we will always try to help you if we can.  However if orders have been despatched prior to you advising us of your mistake, the returns policy applies.

When you make your order please ensure you have provided us with your current address.
